Roger Eisemann
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
After studying mechanical engineering and starting his career in the foam production industry, he joined the company in 1996. He first took over the sales management position and then, in 2007, the management of the company together with his uncle Hans-Georg Eisemann. After Hans-Georg Eisemann’s retirement, he was the sole managing director. With the transfer of Rhein-Plast to RINGMETALL SE in February 2022, he assumed responsibility for the operational management of the company.
Thomas Eisemann
Head of Marketing and Sales
Thomas Eisemann is also a mechanical engineer who has worked in the software industry and held managerial positions in international sales in the extrusion technology sector. He joined the family business in August 2018. Following the acquisition by RINGMETALL SE, he took over the marketing management of the Industrial Packaging Liner Division, consisting of the companies Rhein-Plast GmbH, Tesseraux GmbH, Nittel GmbH and the US-based Protective Lining Corp.
